Applications:

●NE-01 series with precipitated silica are used to manufacture molded food contact silicone rubber products.

●NE-09 series with fumed silica are applicable to the molding and extrusion process and used to manufacture food contact silicone rubber products and transparent silicone tubes.

●Physical data in the above table is for reference only.

●Vulcanization condition: 120℃ *5 min

●Ratio of curing agent : platinum vulcanizator, (0.4~0.6)% added for component A, (0.8~2.5)% added for component B.

● The Quality Inspection Department obtains the supplied test report with the curing conditions and testing method of the company; due to the difference in curing conditions and testing method, we can’t guarantee that both parties obtain the same testing result, and we suggest that users should use the test data obtained under their own testing conditions as the reference for service performance. All the above performance data and application recommendations are only a reference for use on the service performance of the product, instead of a guarantee on the effectiveness or general applicability of our products under a particular application.
